The dr was very kind and reassuring

On arrival at the hospital there is no wheelchair ramp also no wheelchairs available at the main door also when I had the surgery on both of my eyes and could not see clearly to walk there were no wheelchairs available for my daughter to wheel me back to the main entrance so I had to walk 20 mins barely being able to see please make wheelchairs available for the general public that need them kind regards [name removed]

Had trouble at start , assed to be drinking to much
But when resized drinking was not the problem,all was good , may more frequent phone calls might help more .. overall good service..

The session went at an easy pace and I found it helped me to recognise my thought processes and how they are influencing my life in a negative way.
Suggested improvements
I feel that my therapist is going at the right pace for me so that I don't get overwhelmed so I don't think things could be done better
